Mr. John Chundu

Finance Committee Chairperson

John Chundu joined the World Vision Zambia Limited Board in 2015 and currently serves on the Finance Committee. He is the immediate former chairperson of  VisionFund Zambia Limited Board and a member of the WVI Board.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services and an MBA. Much of my professional career has been spent in the banking industry, where he spent 31 years working in various areas, with later years spent managing risks. He is a certified Enterprise Risk Manager and currently working as Head of the Risk and Assurance Department at National Pensions Scheme Authority.

He is married to Mika (for 24 years now) and has been blessed with three children – Natasha (23), Zewelanji (19), and Lusaka (18). Kabwata Baptist Church has been his spiritual home for the last 25 years. He enjoys aerobics when he has free time and volunteers his time on educational projects. He is currently involved in an interest project involving four local churches endeavoring to establish a Christian university called African Christian University.
